ROI in Corporate Training and Development

As the economy changes, it is increasingly important to understand your own value as an employee and your department’s return on investment (ROI). This is especially true for those who work in the Corporate Training and Development field. For my Curation project, which involved locating resources and summarizing academic articles, I looked at how companies can calculate training ROI. I summarized five separate articles. This project, which involved two separate documents, an overview and a list of summaries, can be accessed below.
