In Q2 of 2020, I was tasked with designing a client-facing VILT course on a new product that would be launched by RingCentral the following quarter. RingCentral Cloud PBX for Microsoft Teams allowed customers to utilize RingCentral’s enhanced calling functionality within the Microsoft Teams applications. My role was to conduct a needs analysis and make a recommendation to our Customer Enablement team on what training offerings would work best for clients. After pitching a 1-hour VILT, I designed the course materials, which included a slide deck and trainer talk list, worked to develop our public-facing data sheet to outline the training for clients, and designed three job aids.
